Privacy policy

We properly manage information by which individual customer can be identified (private information) on the basis of the policies as follows:

  1. We clarify purpose of use when we ask customers to provide their private information. However, we sometimes omit clarification of use of private information when our sales clerks receive business cards from customers at the meeting and any other occasions.
     
  2. We sometimes ask customers to provide private information when they visit our website in the cases as follows:
   
  •  · Entry for present
  •  · Questioning to us
  •  · Application for employment as mid-careers and new graduates
  •  · Any other cases where private information is necessary for services on our website.
     
  3. We place an administrator on each section which manages private information to use it for right purposes only, and keep trying to manage it properly.
     
  4. We protect private information provided from customers by taking technical measures, and keep trying to prevent accidents related to it such as invasion, missing, falsification and leakage.
     
  5. We never disclose private information of customers to a third party without agreement from them, except when there are justifiable reasons.
     
  6. We comply with customers’ request for confirmation and correction of private information provided from them when their request is reasonable.
     
  7. We are never responsible for protection of private information of customers managed at websites (of other companies and individuals) linked to our website.
